Slipping and a-sliding, wooooo~
He had been absolutely bored, probably was supposed to study for a test tomorrow, or do homework, buuuuut he really didn't feel like it. So, he had to find something else that would entertain him, and, well... He knew a great thing.
The carpet in the dorms was absolutely perfect for it. His shoes discarded off to the side, Odd took a running start off down the hall, and... slid! It was so easy to let his sock-clad feet skim over the carpet, heating up as he crushed, adn the blond let out a whoop, grinning from ear to ear. This was great!
Skidding to a stop before the wall in absolute triumph, the freshman spun on his heels so he was facing where he came, towards the doors. Just a little bit of a run, to get his speedy up, and wooooooh he was cruising, awesome. Just an easy way to entertain himself, and seeing that it was technically 'exercise', Jim-approved! Definitely!
But... maybe Odd was a little too into this. A little too unobservant and the like. Cause the door opened at the end of the hall, meaning someone was coming in, but Odd didn't quite register it in time, his eyes really not focused on there, at least, not until he crashed head-long into the other person.
His speed knocked the both of them to the ground, Odd completely bowling over the other, with him landing right on top. Ow... Was this what road kill felt like?

Artemisia had been looking for a quiet place to study. Not really knowing where she was at the girl girl found a set of doors that she thought would lead to the roof or something. However, things did not go according to plan. As she opened the door the young girl was knocked backwards and her head hit the floor. "Oof!" What hit her? Dizzily Artemisia struggled into a sitting position and shook her head. Suddenly realizing what she wore, Artemisia quickly check to see if her skirt hadn't done something embarrassing. With a sigh of relief, Artemisia looked to see who had run into her.
A blonde boy with a purple stripe in his hair. He had no shoes on so maybe he was playing a game. On a closer inspection, Artemisia realized it was one of the boys from the group she had been eying. They radiated so much friendship that Artemisia longed to join them, but she never had the nerve to introduce herself. Well... it looked like fate decided to make the move for her. Artemisia rubbed her sore head and said, "Sorry. I didn't realize someone was on the other side of the door. My name's Artemisia Williams. I just recently moved here."
Looking the boy over again, she wondered what he had been doing. She didn't ask. It wasn't really any of her business what he had been doing. The girl just hoped that she didn't upset the boy in any way. Shifting again she began to gather her homework materials. Then after a moment's hesitation she asked, "What were you doing?" She was curious and if she could go home with a report of a TRUE friend then maybe her parents would let her stay at the school. Kadic was an interesting school and Artemisia found herself enjoying it. Some of the people were nice, as well as the adults, but there was one girl and her two friends that she wanted to stay away from.
Artemisia had noticed Sissi on the first day. The young girl knew that the black haired beauty, also the principal's daughter, was not the kind of person that Artemisia should be hanging around. She seemed to radiate a lot of negative energy, not evil, just negative. Artemisia never really liked those kinds of people so while she was gathering her things she hoped that the boy she had collided with was okay. She hadn't really been paying attention to where she had been going anyway so it may have been partially to all of her fault.
